About Anthony Augeri
Biography
Tony is an experienced trial attorney and appellate lawyer with an active practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire providing clients with sound risk assessment counsel with a focus on employment law and business disputes. He is also a seasoned business lawyer having negotiated contracts for clients in numerous industries, and represented clients in administrative agency and alternative dispute forums. Tony is active in the community, serving on the executive board of the Atkinson Youth Baseball and Softball league and is a graduate of the inaugural class of the New Hampshire Bar Association Leadership Academy.
In addition, Tony has also handled wealth transfer disputes, products liability actions, and has acted as outside general counsel to small and medium size companies. He is a former member of the products liability, emerging business, sports law, and environmental law practice groups of a major Boston law firm and utilizes that experience to assist clients with larger scale legal issues such as class actions and product recalls with federal and international government agencies.
Tony has extensive contacts in the legal community and has established affiliated relationships with some of the area’s top practitioners in real estate, corporate, and estate planning to provide clients with a breadth of legal services without the need to hire, and pay, for a large law firm.
Tony is a life-long resident of the Merrimack Valley having grown up in Georgetown, Massachusetts and later lived in Newburyport. He currently lives in Atkinson, New Hampshire with his wife and two children.
